High quality products, friendly and extremely helpful staff. I’ve been shopping here for decades. Special thanks to Ben who helped me today with finding a replacement toilet seat and then advising me how to fix it to the toilet.

The guys in here are so helpful. My cistern was running all the time and they went out of their way to fix the issue. Even got me to disconnect it and bring it in to properly diagnose the fault! Just amazing - highly recommended!

An absolute pleasure to walk into this place. Ben served me as I had a problem with my mono mixer tap cartridge inserts. Lots of advice, he serviced one cartridge free of charge, but I decided to purchase two new inserts. My original ones … More weren't totally straightforward to match up, but Ben sourced the ones I needed which work absolutely fine. Can't recommend this place enough, totally brilliant. I will definitely return.UPDATE:We renovated our bathroom and used George Jones & Bros again. Again, we were very happy. All communication was prompt, items were delivered when expected. No problems at all.We contacted to request a manual that was lost by the fitter and got a reply within one hour with the pdf attached.One can only wish all companies worked with the same ethos and customer care.

I went in to ask for some advice with a problem with a leak in a WC which was affecting the function of a washing machine. While I understand they weren’t able to help, I honestly found their approach rather disappointing and felt it was … More necessary to share my experience. Didn’t seem keen to give advice or suggest solutions - “we don’t do that here” sort of vibe. There was a short older gentleman who was particularly curt and probably shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role. Shame as I could have been a potential customer!

My daughter had a little plumbing emergency and found this little gem of a shop who soon put me right. Found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful which is what you need in a good plumber's merchant
