Learn more about Basin Taps
There’s a wealth of choice out there when it comes to basin taps, they come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and styles. There’s everything from traditional basin mixers with ornate details to modern matt black basin mixers with sleek design. Most styles of bathroom tap come from matching bathroom collections, meaning you can get matching brassware throughout your bathroom, so your bath taps can look just as good as your basin taps!
If you’re looking for a nice new tap for your basin, pay a visit to our Bristol bathroom showroom where we’ve got a wide range of basin taps on display. We’ve got many options we can show you, with lots of modern chrome basin mono taps as well as a selection of traditional basin mixers on show. There are many different shapes and styles of tap, with modern basin taps ranging from bold and square designs, to elegant rounded edges. For more classic taps, there’s traditional basin taps with crosshead handles or traditional basin taps with lever handles.
We have several on trend finishes for basin taps on display in our Bristol bathroom showroom, including a matt black basin mono with black basin clicker waste and a brushed nickel basin mixer with matching brushed nickel bottle trap. If it’s these unique and special finishes you’re after, we suggest checking out the options on offer from Flova, Crosswater and Vado.
As well as different finishes of taps, they’re also available in different sizes. A standard basin mono might look a little large on a small compact cloakroom basin, but thankfully many basin tap ranges, include a mini basin mono or cloakroom basin mono option, keeping it in perfect proportion. Vessel basins can create a real statement in a bathroom space, but a standard basin mono generally isn’t tall enough, so a tall basin mono or even a wall mounted basin mono is what you’ll need. Thankfully, we have examples of both these styles of tap on display in our Bristol bathroom showroom!
Some basins come with 2 or even 3 tapholes and although these are generally more traditional in style, there are some modern and contemporary basins with multiple tapholes out there. There are options for pairs of traditional basin taps as well as modern basin tap pairs too. 3 tap hole basin sets are also available in traditional as well as modern designs.
We have many suppliers whose taps we’re proud to show in our Bristol bathroom showroom, but for more inspiration on basin taps, traditional or modern, have a look at the options on offer from Vado, Grohe, Crosswater, Flova, Deva, Tavistock, Bristan, Roper Rhodes, Scudo and Marflow.
