We keep a vast range of tap, shower, and toilet spares in stock. If you need help finding a specific spare, check out the following tips. Please remember to always isolate the water supply before taking anything apart!

Tap Spares

Tap Spares

½” and ¾” ceramic tap cartridges, tap washers, ½” full turn cartridges and tap reviver kits.

Please bring in the cartridge, handle, and any shroud into the shop.  We need to physically see all these things to help you.  If you know the manufacturer and model of the tap, that’s even better.

Shower Spares

Shower heads, shower hoses, riser rails kits, and riser brackets.

Please bring the spare part you’re after into the shop. If it’s the cartridge we will need to know the make and manufacturer of the shower in order to help you.

Toilet Spares

Toilet Spares

Drop valves, inlet valves, drop valve washers, inlet valve diaphragms, flush handles, toilet seats, syphons, close coupling kits, flush cones, flush pipes, ball valves and more.

If possible remove the part of the toilet that you need help with and bring this into the shop. If you can’t  remove it for any reason, bring pictures of the toilet and/or inside of the cistern and we might be able to help you this way.
