Due to the success of our showroom appointment system, first implemented when Covid restrictions were put in place, we have since carried this forward, as we feel it enables us to spend structured time with our customers, and so offering a better and more personal service.

Pre-booked appointments enable our customers to be guaranteed a member of staff to help guide them through their bathroom refurbishment, offering advice on design, and suitability of products. This process can be very detailed, hence the time given is up to one and a half hours.
